Cindy Salazar is a first generation Phoenician that has not only worked for the City of Phoenix for 13 years but has worked for Mayor Phil Gordon and Mayor Greg Stanton. She attended ASU for Urban and Metropolitan studies and is also part of Valle Del Sol's Hispanic Leadership Institute Class of 2016. Cindy is a shining example of what it means to be resilient and resourceful and we are elated to have her as part of our organization!

Matthew is a South Phoenix native that strives to be resilient, kind, and creative and influence positive change for his family, friends, and community. As a teen, Matthew faced many challenges and understands the obstacles that our youth mustnavigate while growing up. It has been a passion and mission of his to promote growth within himself and those around him. Matthew also serves as Vice President for Mars Project of AZ and Recruitment Director for Beat Street AZ.

Sergio Ramirez is a Nogales Arizona native who now resides in the beautiful Phoenix area.  A devoted husband and father of two he finds his greatest strength is his passion for helping and caring for others. He is a young leader who knows firsthand just how hard it can be to set and achieve goals in life with so many obstacles standing in the way.  As a leader he believes true success lies in the development of others through a true servant leadership approach.   Sergio studied both Marketing and Leadership Development at GCU and cannot wait to invest into his community by helping build tomorrows future!

Nadya Sanchez is an incredibly talented freelance photographer that has been helping students achieve their dreams in her hometown of Phoenix and all around the country for many years. Nadya works for University of Phoenix, helping students overcome obstacles and achieve their higher education goals. She received a BFA in Photography from Arizona State University and completed her MBA at University of Phoenix. Currently Nadya is working towards her Masters in Education, focusing on Elementary Education in order to continue learning about the best ways to educate and empower our youth.
